Meditation for the Neutral Mind

This meditation aims to bring peace and calm to our mind and inner being. Pausing to connect to our soul & inner guidance - where all simplifies and returns to joy - we begin to feel unity with the divine.

Posture: Sit in a comfortable position with the spine straight. Remove all tension from every part of the body.

Eyes: Close the eyes and gradually let your eye focus move to the space between the eye brows / ajna center / 3rd eye.

Mudra: Put both hands in the lap with the palms facing up. Rest the right hand in the left. The thumb tips may touch or not.

Breath: Let the breath regulate itself into a meditative slow, almost suspended manner.

Mental Focus & Mantra:
Wahe (rejoice/wow!/limitless) Guru (darkness to light) Wahe Jio (expresses respect) — This mantra is a celebration of the all encompassing divine / universal consciousness / God.

Intend to connect to your soul/higher self, letting go of any resistances or mental chatter if it arises.
